ITS BUSINESS AS USUAL - 2022 GUIDELINES

All usual activities can take place from valuations to viewings following the recommended government advice.

Please do not attend a viewing or request a valuation if you or your household members have symptoms of Covid-19 or are self-isolating, please contact us to cancel.

It is advisory to WEAR A MASK , (not supplied) and maintain social distancing.  Please try not any touch surfaces in the property.

Some of our properties have clinically extremely vulnerable owners and additional precautions may be necessary to view these properties.

It is advisable to limit the number of people attending a viewing. Viewings can be attended by people from different households, but it is advisable to keep this to a minimum.

Before and after a viewing we advise you to use hand sanitiser/wash your hands as soon as possible.

The Government has allowed Estate Agents to continue to practice, using the already agreed set of Covid safe measures we have been practising.
